ELSASS" auf komplettem Faltbrief mit Frankreich Ceres 25 Centimes mit GC "1576" von "FRAIZE 23.MAI.72" nach Mühlhausen mit Hufeisen-Ankunftsstempel in einwandfreier Erhaltung. Aus französischer Sicht trat der neu geschlossene Postvertrag erst am 25.5.1872 in Kraft, daher ist diese Doppelfrankatur richtig frankiert. Interessanter und sehr später Brief mit Doppelfrankatur aus Frankreich, in dieser Form sehr selten, Fotoatteste Hennies (1978) und Krug BPP (2010)

3 Kreuzer karmin im senkrechten Paar und Einzelmarke je mit EKr. "PFORZHEIM 10.MRZ.(72)" auf komplettem Faltbrief mit rotem Handstempel "P.D." und französischem Transitstempel nach Paris in einwandfreier Erhaltung. Bis auf wenige kurze Zähne sind alle Marken farbfrisch, gut geprägt und üblich gezähnt. Seltene und attraktive 9 Kreuzer-Frankatur für einen Brief bis 7,5 g nach dem nur wenige Monate bis 14.5.1872 gültigen alten Postvertrag zwischen Baden und Frankreich mit 3 Kreuzer badischem Portoanteil für einen Brief bis 15 g und 6 Kreuzer französischem Portoanteil (Röteltaxe “6“) für einen Brief bis 7,5 g, nur wenige Belege bekannt, Fotobefund Sommer BPP (2002) und Fotoattest Dr. Zill BPP (2024)

Die Marken sind besonders farbfrisch, sehr gut geprägt und üblich gezähnt, eine seltene Mehrfachfrankatur und bislang einmalige Auslandsdrucksache nach Frankreich vom letzten Gültigkeitstag der 1⁄4 Groschen-Marken großer Schild

Gewichtsstufe mit rotem Handstempel "P.D." und französischem Transitstempel via Paris nach Lyon mit Ankunftsstempel. Die farbfrischen Marken des Viererstreifens sind gut geprägt, üblich gezähnt und in einwandfreier Erhaltung. Eine attraktive, tarifgerechte und seltene Mehrfachfrankatur mit 6 Groschen Beförderungs- und 2 Groschen Rekommandationsgebühr, Fotoattest Krug BPP (2009)

5 Groschen ockerbraun mit Hufeisenstempel "MÜHLHAUSEN i. ELS. ++ 6.JAN.73" auf R-Briefkuvert mit Versuchs-R-Zettel "weite rote Schlingen" (Eckfehler) mit handschriftlicher Nummer sowie violettem "Recomandirt"- und rotem "Recommandé"-Stempel nach Géradmer, Frankreich mit Ankunftsstempel. Die Marke mit kleinem Randriss und der Umschlag mit kleinen Alterungsspuren und rückseitig wurden die Lacksiegel entfernt, sonst in guter Gesamterhaltung. Dekorative und seltene Frankatur, in Kombination mit der R-Zettel-Variante und den R-Stempeln sind nur wenige Belege bekannt, Fotoattest Brugger BPP (2008)

9 Kreuzer rötlichbraun mit EKr. "FRANKFURT A.M. N2 15.11.73" auf amtlichem Postkarten-Formular mit rotem Handstempel "P.D" und französischem Transitstempel nach Paris. Die farbfrische Marke mit deutlicher Prägung und guter Zähnung ist etwas gesäubert, die Postkarte mit senkrechter Faltung und Aktenspieß, sonst in guter Gesamterhaltung. Tarifgerechte Einzelfrankatur nach dem vom 15.5.1872 bis 31.12.1874 gültigen Tarif, Kreuzer-Postkarten nach Frankreich sind bisher nur in wenigen Exemplaren bekannt, in dieser Versendungsart einmalige Brustschild-Seltenheit, signiert Hennies BPP und Fotoattest Brugger BPP (1998)

French offices abroad, mostly classical period, some interesting items like 1870 Ballon monté, Mi.-Nr. 36 strip of seven on piece, 37 (x2), 80 pair and single on registered envelope to Finland, together with some mail from Constantinople or Indochina, condition varies from poor to extremely fine

1936/1941 Mint stamp collection, consisting of corner marginal blocks of four, mostly with print dates in margin, contained within a stock book, a good assortment of the issues during this period, some duplication, in the main prestine, scarce in blocks and especially so fine, an attractive collection. 

1937/2001 (ca.)., seemingly complete mint collection in good condition, including about 50 unused booklets and a large amount of still valid postage

1945/2001, almost exclusively MNH collection in three Lighthouse hingeless albums, apparently complete.
