1934/38, American cruisers during the Spanish Civil War, group of over 160 mostly illustrated envelopes with special ships cancellations, incl. USS Kane and USS Raleigh, most of those vessels were destroyers involved in the protection of the American citizens living in Spain, evacuating hundreds of people in 1936; very fine and interesting selection
1869/1925 (ca.), mint never hinged/unused and used collection, incl. revenues, together with a few official postal stationeries and some modern FDCs, condition varies, mostly fine to very fine
1878/1990 extensive postal stationery collection, comprising two large folders with approx. 450 covers/cards, includes first flights, official mail, postage free mail with imprinted signature of George Bush and Lyndon B. Jonson, airmail, reply cards, President's/Senator covers, private and commercial overprints, noted rare Hungarian/USA Ocean Flight, also business reply, aerogramme, priority and express mail, a wide ranging assembly.

1851/1980 (ca.), unused and used collection in one album, incl. some specimen overprints and three covers, many duplicates, cpl. sets both unused and used, strength in British North America before 1950, together with a good section of British Honduras; condition varies especially in the classics, mostly fine to very fine
1875/1950 (ca.), 850 postal stationery items from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Guatemala, Mexico and Salvador amongst others. Including many unused cards or wrappers, some marked "SPECIMEN" or "MUESTRA" including an early Dutch West Indies card, PTO-Stationery and interesting usages such as Argentinian stationery to Romania, Denmark, Natal (South Africa) or British India, a mexican Postcard to Sao Miguel (Azores) or another somewhat unclearly adressed to "Amberes" and forwarded several times between Hamburg and Antwerpen, before being vigourously marked "Amberes heisst Antwerpen & nicht Hamburg" by a German postal clerk. An interesting accumulation in mixed condition.
1793/1848 (ca.), interesting group of six stampless covers originating from Central or South America, some better items like "DRY HARBOUR JAMAICA" on 1845 folded entire, Columbia 1810 red framed "SANTAFÉ YINDYAS FRANCA“ on scarce early post-Independance entire, superb "CIUDAD REAL" applied on transit on a 1812 folded entire from Honduras to Guatemala, etc.; some occasional faults on some items, mostly fine and a scarce assembly
1858/70, large accumulation including approximately 800 commercial covers with many registered or express, another 750 or so items on philatelic exhibitions worldwide, including many early covers, plus a selection of better stamps and covers on stock card. Items of interest include some German Field Post or a very attractive, elaboratley illustrated bamboo-lettersheet dated "Pekin le 8 mai 1910". Varied and interesting, in mixed condition.
1893/1942, group of six Die Proofs by the American Bank Note Company or Perkins Bacon, incl. Venezuela 1893 25 c. violet sunken Die Proof in adopted colour on India paper, mounted on a larger thick card with imprint beneath, Guatemala 1902 1 p. dark brown sunken Die Proof on thick paper, etc.; one proof small fault due to the mounting, otherwise fine and very scarce assembly
1872/2001 (ca.), extensive mint never hinged/unused and used collection neatly housed in 13 albums, some classics yet mostly modern, Japan, Korea and Malaysia nicely represented, many cpl. sets and some better issues like Japan mi.-Nr. 1800/1880(ca.), very interesting accumultation with more than 150 covers, most on lots cards or still written up on original pages, including many rare and interesting items, Forwarder markings, Retailiatory Rate Period and New Treaty Rate Period, mostly described by Line with Black Cross Line with 26 covers including, Red Swallowtail Line with 18 items, also Old Line, Union Line, Havre Second Line, further also better franked items US Postal Staionery with Columbian additional franking to Germany and Belgium, GB Used Abroad from St. Thomas, crowned circle "PAID AT BARBADOS", Antigua, Barbados and Trinidad with better franked like folded letter / printed matter to Nova Scotia, GB 2d. block of six to Chicago etc., usual mixed quality, but mostly good
1900/04, 10 postcards from the "Borkowetz" correspondence with postage paid from Austria, France, Egypt and USA to Kiautschou, mostly to Tschingschoufu. Including multiple cds. of Tschingschoufu as arrival postmark (once the scarce DKr. without date) as well as various Chinese transit postmarks incl. "Sun and Moon Dater" and bilingual oval postmarks "Chingchow" and "Weihsien", mostly good condition
