1857 (July), manuscript letter, datelined Keena, Kiaaina (Kaena Point), written to Kamehameha [King Kamehameha IV], submitting a list of names as requested, signed Paul Kanoa, then serving as Royal Governor of Kauaʻi, file folds and some light toning in places, else a scarce letter of historic interest.

1890/1945 (ca.), collection of Palestine postal history beginning with German P.O. in Jerusalem, Austrian P.O. in Jaffa, followed by uses of the British Mandated Territory issues, postal fiscals on Telegramm receipt, fiscals on 1930s court documents, a number of British Field Post items including Jewish Brigades or M.E.F. overprints and some correspondance from continental Europe adressed to Refugees or Soldiers in Palestine. Varied and Interesting.
1948/63, exhibition collection with additional material in five volumes, including Doar Ivri high values mnh with full tab and in plate blocks of 4, lower values in imperforated pairs, 1952, Menorah in full tab strip of 5, some modern stamps with varieties and missing colours, partly in multiples, also small collection of interim issues with the stamps and covers. Very nice and interesting collection.

1856/1940 (ca.), nicely specialised collection in 10 volumes plus stock books, etc, collected according to districts and deliveries, with better single stamps and some multiples and entires, also nice strong section of the Civil War. 1913/16 with many covers and cards and finally some literature including Follansbee 'Mexican revolution' and 'Imperial eagles'. An interesting holding for specialists
1856/66, interesting unused and used collection with covers, some duplicates and better items starting with the first Hidalgo issues with Mi.-Nr. 1(26), 4(4), 5(3), 19(6) with a strip of four on entire, 22(9), 23(4) all used, the collection follows with the Maximilian issues both engraved and lithos, Mi.-Nr. 27 tied to entire, together with a few multiples, also France Mi.-Nr. 12 and 15 franking a 1865 entire to Aurillac tied with the scarce dotted diamond "CEMA", etc., some reprints, forgeries and questionable cancellations noted. Mixed condition, one certificate Jaretzky, an attractive assembly in one album
