All visitors admitted to the tour should have sufficient space and time.

Everyone gets a permanent seat. The corresponding articles are presented to the visitor. Visitor seats are at least 1.5 metres apart and are separated by plexiglass dividers. Our staff will disinfect the inspection areas before each new use.

How do you control the influx of visitors to the auction?

In order to control access and to avoid queues, we ask our customers to come to the auction by e-mail in advance and only after prior notification.

The following data must be submitted with this application:

  • Scheduled date of the visit
  • Desired length of stay in the office

When entering the company premises, the customer fills in a registration form. Numbered visitor chips are issued and returned after the visit. Thanks to this measure, both the number of visitors can be limited and all customers can be identified and contacted at any time.

The customer fills in the following points on the Formula:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Contact
  • Date
  • Number of the visitor chip

When leaving the office, the time is recorded.

There is a separate entrance and separate exit. This ensures that customers or employees do not come too close to each other when entering or leaving the company premises.

What precautions regarding hygiene and distance have you taken to hold the auction on your premises?

There is a mask obligation as well as the obligation to disinfect hands.

A dispenser with hand disinfectant will be available at the entrance/reception counter.

Our employees ensure, through a schedule and by checking the registration at the reception, that there is at no time more than the maximum number of people in the office. The employees will use disinfected writing utensils for filling in the registration forms. Plexiglas divider discs will be installed.

In the entrance area, notices on the necessary distance and hygiene measures are displayed in a clearly visible position.

Entrance, exit and passage doors are left open to avoid frequent attacks.

Sufficient ventilation is provided in all rooms.

Persons with obvious respiratory problems, symptoms of any kind of illness or other conspicuous persons will not be admitted to the offices.

What are the rules during the auction/sale process?

Customers are obliged to wear a face mask and to disinfect their hands before entering the inspection and sales rooms.

The participants of the auction will sit on chairs at tables at a safety-relevant distance (1.5 metres minimum distance) from each other.

Customers are encouraged to make cashless payments from home after the auction and have the lots sent to them after the auction.

Procedure in the accounting department: employees and customers are separated from each other by plexiglass panes. A separate waiting area for customers in compliance with the distance regulations is located in front of the accounting department.

What happens if visitors show up unannounced?

If a visitor appears spontaneously without our desired advance notification, it is easy to find out by means of the access list whether we can let other people into the company premises.

Anyone who comes to the viewing or auction without registering bears the risk of not being admitted due to hygiene regulations.

What do I have to consider when using the toilet?

The toilet area will be equipped with stations for hand disinfection. Visitors are requested to use them.

The sanitary areas are cleaned regularly. All surfaces that are frequently touched, such as light switches, handrails or door handles, are regularly disinfected.
