10 b. orange (2) used on 1871 registered cover front and part back with 1869 no Beard 15 bani red (2) all tied by "Roman" thimble datestamps (Kiriac fig. 507) with further strike at upper right (20 June) and framed "Recomandat" above. Bucharest arrival cds on reverse of a rare and attractive mixed issue franking.
