3 Kreuzer preußischblau und 2 Stück 6 Kreuzer lachsrot, abwechselnd geklebt mit Zackenkranzstempel "87" auf komplettem Faltbrief von "MANNHEIM 27 FEB." (1861) über Frankreich nach Manchester. Der Brief war wegen Gewichtsüberschreitung ungenügend frankiert, daher als Portobrief behandelt; handschriftlich in rot "insuffisant" sowie Taxstempel "B.3K." und "FR./1F76C". Beim Empfänger wurden in London "6" Pence (= 18 Kreuzer) eingefordert. Frankatur repariert bzw. leichte Druckspur; ein interessanter Brief mit Taxstempeln zweier Staaten
