BAHNHOF 30 3" über die Schweiz nach Neapel, korrekt frankiert mit 9 Kreuzern Vereinsgebühr, 6 Kreuzern Schweizer Transit sowie 2 x 6 Kreuzer für die 2. italienische Gewichtsstufe (10-20 g). Beim Posteingang in Italien auf der Bahnstrecke Suza-Novara wurde der Brief jedoch als für die 3. italienische Gewichtsstufe nicht ausreichend frankiert behandelt, der Brief erhielt den Taxstempel "3" als Kennzeichnung für die 3. Gewichtsstufe, nebengesetzte Ra. "FRANKO BOLLO INSUFFIZIENTE", L1 "Franko ultra" mit handschriftlichem Zusatz "10 cts" sowie L1 "Complemento di tassa Ital.". Beim Posteingang in Neapel wurde der Brief kontrolliert, jedoch hier wieder die 2. Gewichtsstufe festgestellt, der Taxstempel mit Rötel annulliert und die 2. Gewichtsstufe in Rötel bestätigt. Die Briefvorderseite außerhalb der Frankatur beim unsanften Öffnen gerissen (geklebt); ein hochinteressanter Brief und 'full of character'

24 Pfg. (5) und Bauten 20 Pfg. als Gebühr für 28 Worte rückseitig auf komplettem Telegramm von "BERLIN W 10 7.7.50" mit handschriftlichem Vermerk "LT", Faltspuren und neben der Frankatur mit Einriss, seltene Verwendung
