The complete set of 14 with overprint "SPECIMEN", all 5 values with vertical perforation "SPECIMEN", all 3 values with horizontal perforation "SPECIMEN" and experimental coil strip of four with handstamp "SPECIMEN"; a scarce group in fine condition
ISSUED STAMPS: 2-500 m., 16 values mounted in presentation folder of 1947 UPU-congress in Paris, fine and scarce
2-200 m. Semi-transparent paper (except 90 m.), all 13 values in blocks of 20 from the right sheet margin with control numbers at top and bottom, some small faults and separated perforations, but generally fine, also 9 different control blocks of four of several values (Bale 90-100,102-3A)
3 m. with watermark inverted, used, fine and scarce, certificate Muentz (Bale 91d)
3 m. on horizontally ribbed paper and 2 m. on vertically ribbed paper, both as upper half booklet panes, tied by cds. "TEL AVIV 12 JU 38" to envelope to the US; some light creasing, but very scarce, certificate Muentz (Bale 91D, 90B)
8 m. on thin semi-transparent vertically ribbed paper, unused with light trace of hinge, very fine and rare, certificate Kaufmann (Bale 106e; $ 2.200,-)
20 m. on thin paper with inverted watermark, neatly cancelled, very fine and rare, certificate Muentz (Bale 99cA; $ 850,-)
Horizontally ribbed paper: 2 m. and 6-15 m., unused, some stamps incl. the rare 10 m. unmounted mint, for the later one certificate Kaufmann (Bale 90aD, 94a-108D)
3 m., single copy from the lower sheet margin with plate no. "2", unmounted mint, almost invisible vertical crease at right, ending in a closed tear, also some very light toning in the margin only; only 4 mint copies of this stamp are known, with the plate no. unique, certificates Muentz ( not mentioning the tear) and Dorfman (Bale 91D, 5.500$)
Coil stamps: 3 m. yellow-green, experimental coil stamp, lightly cancelled by Jerusalem cds., fine and very scarce, opinion Collins, illustrated in Bale catalogue page 125 (Bale 91E)
5 m. and 10 m. in strips resp. single stamps with outside- and inside-starter labels, also 15 m. in vertical coils pairs with and without handstamp "SPECIMEN"; a nice and scarce group
10 m., coil strip of 85 stamps with starter label, presented on album page and therefore folded several times, mostly through stamps (Bale 97E)
Unused and used collection on album pages with several strips, inverted watermarks, 4 covers etc.
