"KORSOVKA LATVIA 10 1 20" to reverse of registered cover to the Army Front, correctly franked 4 rubels according to the RSFSR tariff of 5 November 1919. Notable for good strikes front and back of the rare Cyrillic cancel KORSOVKA LATVIA “a” 10 1 20 [von Hofmann 121.1], one of the few new cancellations prepared by the Latvian Soviet regime with the word “Latvia” included.
