RIGA (Latvia): 10 kopeck brown and blue, good to large margins with sheet margin at top, tied by pen cross to letter sheet with reverse side dispatch mark "RIGA 7 FEB. 1858", to Pernau, with bilingual arrival mark. Some light usual toning/ageing along the filing fold. A fine and attractive entire. Certificate Buchsbayew (2014)

1862, Coat of Arms with accent 15 centavos blue, a magnificent example with good to extra large margins and in nice fresh shade, tied by "CORDOBA FRANCA" to lettersheet to Buenos Aires. The entire with some paper breaks in file and flap folds strengthened and small part of the entire with family name repaired. An attractive and scarce franking. Of note is the early and rather improvised Three Triangle censor of Kazan on the address side

 6 Kreuzer braun, voll- meist breit- bis überrandig mit leicht aufgesetztem gMR "437" auf Briefhülle mit nebengesetztem Halbkreisstempel "ROSENHEIM 2/7" (1859) nach Freiburg in Baden, jedoch zunächst versehentlich nach Freiberg in Sachsen fehlgeleitet und hier wegen des ungenügenden Portos mit "noch 2" Neugroschen nachtaxiert, jedoch die richtige Adresse erkannt und der Brief an die bayerische Post zurückgegeben, hier wurde die sächsische Taxierung gestrichen und mit "6" Kreuzern vermerkt; ein interessanter Brief
