August 1919 Registered cover sent from ACHINSK 30 8 19  addressed to the Danish Legation in Washington, franked 2 roubles with 4  x 50 kop unoverprinted Imperial stamps. Vladivostok paper seal and censor cachet, Received mark of the Legation dated OCT 13 1919, filing holes

SENNEH: "Sansor idlmishder", very nice clear strike in greenish-blue on money letter (draft for 200 toman), franked on reverse with 1911/22, 2 kr. in strip of 5 and 24 ch. from "SENNEH 25.I.17" to Hamadan with part of arrival mark; reverse flap missing; very rare

Schmitt BPP mit Fotoattest

Der Brief mit der korrekten Frankatur für den Leitweg über die Hansestäde wurde wie vom Absender gewünscht "via Hamburg" geleitet, von dort am 15.11. mit der 'Saxonia' der HAPAG über Bremen weiterbefördert nach New York. Ein attraktiver und interessanter Brief

1 M. und 15 Pfg. als portogerechte Frankatur auf Wertbrief mit Wertangabe 500 DM und Gewichtsangabe 106 gr. von "BERLIN-LICHTERFELDE 1 19.9.49" nach Wuppertal-Elberfeld mit Ankunftsstempel, Umschlag minimal fleckig und oben mit verklebtem Einriss, sehr seltene Verwendung der 1 M. Rotaufdruck auf Wertbrief!

2 Kreuzer orange und 6 Kreuzer ultramarin in Mischfrankatur mit Thurn & Taxis 1866, 1 Kreuzer grün, alle entwertet durch EKr. "MAINZ 11/9" auf Brief nach Mindelheim in Bayern; die Taxis-Marke jedoch nicht anerkannt und der Brief entsprechend mit 4 Kreuzern nachtaxiert; 6 Kreuzer leichte Knitterspur und die Taxis-Marke leichte Ecktönung, sonst sehr schöner und attraktiver Brief mit außerordentlich seltener Kombination, in dieser Form Unikat, ex Gaston Nehrlich und John Boker, Fotoatteste A. Diena und Sem BPP

August 1919 Registered cover sent from Ekibastukiya Kopi, Semipalatinsk to Australia., franked 1rouble 40 kop on reverse. Sent up to Omsk where censored with further censor on reverse probably applied in Vladivostok. Arrival mark SYDNEY REGISTERED NSW on reverse. Cigarette damage but a remarkable item. The cover originates from a coal mining area to which at one time Alexander Solzhenitsyn was condemned

25 c. light-blue, horizontal block of 6, neatly cancelled "LUXEMBOURG 6 6 76"; the wrapper right vertical rouletting slightly split and strengthened by hinge, otherwise very fine, a scarce multiple

1857/59, 9 p. purple-brown, cut in outer frame at upper right, otherwise clear to wide margins, lightly cancelled, fine (SG £ 900,-)

"MEMUR-U ISTASYON-U POSTA-I LULEBURGAZ 98", clear blue negative seal on postcard 1889 to Edirne; card little stained and vertical fold, but the best strike of this cancellation known

RECHT: "Recht censored by the military", square negative seal applied over white label on front and reverse of cover with contents from Kachan to Recht with several transit and arrival marks
