200 m. in horizontal pair with additional arabic overprint "Consular" with fiscal cancellation on Visa in cpl. Greek passport, a rare showpiece

200 m. with Fouad 10 m. and 20 m. used on registered parcel card from Alexandria to Switzerland; slight creasing effecting the 200 m., but very scarce, only 10 parcel cards with the 200 m. recorded
