"SERVICEO DE TRANSPORTES AEREOS BOGOTA 24.X.1929" and violet "ANULADA" to reverse of card. A fine and very scarce usage

1930, Centenary of Bolivars death 30c. as block of four from the lower sheet margin with clear double print, margin showing part of the printing job number, unused with full original gum and some adherence, only 25 copies printed, this block of four being unique
