1 r. olive yellow as horizontal pair with good colour and good margins all around, close at upper right, tied by cds. "GUAYAQUIL 26 JUN 70" to folded letter to Lima, a fine cover, signed Holcombe (Scott Nr. 4)

1 r. yellow-ochre on thin blueish paper, one very fine unused and two used copies of this scarce stamp, signed Holcombe and opinion for the unused stamp (Scott 4 var)

1 r. yellow-orange, diagonally bisect in pair with normal stamp, brilliant shade, tied by clear cds. "GUARANDA 29 MARS 68" to front of legal letter to Riobamba, small scissorcut between stamps, otherwise fine and scarce (Scott Nr. 4c) Provenance: "The Crown Point Collection" (Corinphila, 2001)

4 r. deep red and dull rose, two singles in fresh colours and typical margins, the first one with almost round circle, unused with original gum, fine, both signed Holcombe with opinion (Scott Nr. 6)

4 r. red as very fresh vertical pair, the upper being wide with almost round circle, the lower with oval circle, unused with original gum, with insignificant scissor cut at right and small paper break below, a very scarce and attractive pair, signed Holcombe with opinion (Scott Nr. 6)

1866, 4 r. red with typical margins in combination with single ½ r. blue and a horizontal pair plus single 1 r. orange-yellow with diamond of dots on large part of legal letter (affixed to another letter) to Quito, a very rare and attractive three colour franking (Scott Nr. 6,4,2)

4 r. red in combination with 1 r. orange-buff tied by cds. "GUARANDA 3 JUIN 68" to front of lettersheet to Chimba, the lettersheet has been cleaned, stamps lifted and replaced, a rare franking, signed Holcombe with certificate (Scott Nr. 6,4)

4 r. brown-red with typical margins tied by cds. "GUAYAQUIL 12 DEC 68" to double rate folded lettersheet to Lima wit arrival mark, taxed upon arrival with "2" in manuscript, little stained, a rare entire (Scott Nr. 6)

4 r. dull-rose with typical margins, printed on both sides, used with dotted "FRANCA", a very rare variety used, signed Holcombe with opinion (Scott Nr. 6c)

POW: 1944/45, mail related to Burmah railway working camps: UK POW air mail card June 1944 to "camp No. 4 Thailand", actually delivered with s. I. red "No. 4 camp subcamp censorship passed" plus seal of censor (corner crease). And IRC Geneva envelope to Dutch subluitenant in Moulmein camp/Burma via Tokyo, boxed "Return/to sender", ms. "Deceased/No. 3. Gr.", including letter in Dutch stating that the deceased was detached to a Burmah-railway camp. - Additionally UK air mail POW card to Fukuoka/Japan but returned after war with boxed "RETURNED IN UNDELIVERED ..."
