Anglo-French "GB/1F90c" accountancy marking applied on mail up to 30gr. from the Pacific coast, with french entry and "12" decimes due marking to be paid be the addressee. A very rare cover to a transatlantic destination., only about 5 covers are known. Signed Holcombe with certificate and certificate Moorhouse (Scott Nr. 2a)
