1854/98 (ca), unused and mostly used collection with covers, specialized with shades, paper types, sheet framelines and multiples, many duplicates and better items starting with a Medio Real colour proof in a brownish shade on thin paper, Mi.-Nr. 1 block of 12 unused on bluish paper, 4 (11), good part of cancellations with Mi.-Nr. 3 pair tied by red cds. “JIPIJAPA (1873)” on cover to Lima, French “3154” QUITO on loose stamps, a delightful selection of bisected on pieces incl. a 4 reales, some scarce mail with 4 reales tied by cds. “GUAYAQUIL 12 SEP 67” to lettersheet to Lima, together with some prephilatelic entires with blue oval “GUAYAQUIL DEBE”, red oval “QUITO FRANCA” on 1863 lettersheet to Paris via Panama and England, also some postal stationeries, etc. Some occasional faults, mostly fine to very fine, some signed Richter, Bühler, Köhler, Pfenninger. A lovely specialist´s assembly.
