2 Kreuzer rötlichorange, 18 Kreuzer ockerbraun und Ziffernzeichnung 30 Groschen grauultramarin (3) mit EKr. "GIESSEN 28 11 72" bzw. mit vorschriftsgemäßer handschriftlicher Entwertung auf Wert-Paketbegleitbrief im Quartformat via Bremen nach Baltimore, Maryland. Die 18 Kreuzer-Marke hat einen Eckzahnfehler, alle anderen marken sind in einwandfreier Erhaltung. Bei der Verwendung der 30 Groschen-Marke im Gebiet mit Gulden/Kreuzer-Währung wurde diese mit 105 Kreuzer angerechnet. Das Gesamtporto von 335 Kreuzer für das Paket von 2 Pfund 260 Gramm mit einer Wertangabe von 21Gulden errechnet sich aus dem deutschen Portoanteil von 14 Kreuzer mit einer Versicherungsgebühr von 6 Kreuzer und dem Porto ab Bremen mit 210 Kreuzer und einer Versicherungsgebühr von 105 Kreuzer. Sehr schöne und farbfrische Dreifarben-Frankatur.
3 Kreuzer orangegelb im waagerechten 5er-Streifen, farbfrisch und für diese Ausgabe hervorragend gerandet, unten mit kleinem Teil des Bogenrandes, sauber gestempelt "STUTTGART 4 DEC. 1859"; zwischen den Marken stärkere Vorfaltspuren und im Wappen Papierunebenheiten, die rechte Marke kleiner Einriß; größte bekannte Einheit dieser Marke und darüberhinaus außerordentlich attraktiv, Fotoattest Heinrich BPP

F No. 2 15 MARS 73" and red boxed "PD" alongside, Paris transit and Florence arrival on reverse, some tiny age spots, a very attractive and rare entire with only about a handful covers known to Italy

"TEHERAN.DEPART" to registered linnen envelope via Baku to Germany; 12 ch. two stamps with light paper folds and one with additional small marginal tear, otherwise very fine; an outstanding cover of the provisional issues

18 Kreuzer ockerbraun , 4er-Block, 3er-Block und senkrechtes Paar sowie 7 Kreuzer grauultramarin im waagerechten Paar in Währungsmischfrankatur mit 1 Groschen karmin, rückseitig auf Paketbegleitbrief im Quartformat mit auf Brustschildmarken seltenem Baden Ra2 "FREIBURG. / 22 Mrz." für ein Paket von 1 Pfund 115 Gramm via Bremen nach Rome im Staate New York. Vier der neun 18 Kreuzer-Marken haben Einschränkungen, die übrigen im Block angeordneten Marken sind in fehlerfreier Erhaltung. Fünf der 18 Kreuzer-Marken haben die Zähnungsbesonderheit 'Ausgefallenes Zähnungsloch', FZL 6 bzw. r7. Das mit Rötel austaxierte Gesamtporto von 179 Kreuzer setzt sich aus dem deutschen Portoanteil (Zone VI) von 21 Kreuzer und dem Porto ab Bremen von 158 Kreuzer zusammen. Die 1 Groschen-Marke wurde dabei mit 3 Kreuzer angerechnet. Eine ganz außergewöhnliche Währungsmischfrankatur mit einem 4er-Block der 18 Kreuzer-Marke. In dieser Form einmalig!
3 Kreuzer orange im 4er-Block, unten etwas angeschnitten, sonst für diese Ausgabe sehr gut gerandet und farbfrisch mit zentrischem Steigbügelstempel "ELLWANGEN 18 SEP 1858"; rückseitig etwas geschürt und durch das obere Paar leichter waagerechter Bug; optisch sehr schönes Stück, es sind nur drei 4er-Blocks dieser Marke bekannt, sign. No. 2 15 72" and scarce boxed "F.* 58" which was only applied to covers from South Pacific via Panama alongside, upon arrival charged "14" thus postage due 40c. and 1l. applied and tied by cds., despite some ageing spots a very attractive and rare cover and one of only a few known carried to Italy by the line "F"
