1914, 3mm Spacing: 10 pfg. block of four, the upper stamps with inverted and horizontally shifted overprint, positions 5-6, fresh color and good perforation, tied by cds. "LOME -4.10.14" to small piece, very fine and attractive, an extremely rare and attractive multiple, in total only one upper half of the sheet (compl. setting) was printed with inverted overprinted, thus only 10 tête-bêche pairs can exist, none of these is known unused, certificate BPA (1978)
