N°3” to envelope to Clermont, re-addressed to Compiègne, endorsed “Par Vapeur français via Bordeaux” (mail on-board of the ocean liner Le Sénégal), reverse transit and arrival cds. “COMPIÈGNE 9 SEPT 73”.
