Carrying on front the seal of Dublin in gold with adjacent endorsement of Alfred Byrne, Lord Mayor of Dublin with another smaller seal at right, signed by him, also seal of St. John, New Brunswick with adjacent endorsement of the Mayor James B. Brittain, on reverse the gold seal of New York with adjacent endorsement. An attractive and rare cover, certificate Hamilton-Bowen BPP (2019)
