Plate IV, 2 d. ultramarine, horizontal strip of three, central stamp "No Waves" variety, large margins all round, tied to double rate cover front with one backflap, endorsed "per Ship Duke of Wellington", to Birmingham with arrival marks of 25.9.1851. A fine and scarce strip on entire.
