1876/77, Dom Pedro rouletted ,200 r. black, tied by segmented cork cancel in black with adjacent "RIO DE JANEIRO 1 FEV.83" letter sheet to Zürich, Switzerland, carried on French Packet 'Sénégal' with octagonal 'RIO DE JANEIRO / PAQ. FR. J. No. 3' datestamp in red (Salles fig. 1080). An attractive cover to an unusual destination at this time.

1897, red revenues 1 dollar, tied by blue Kiautschou c.d.s. to registered Maus cover with German Kiautschou 5 pfg., 10 pfg. and 25 pfg., with cds. "TSINGTAU 28/3 04" to Germany with arrival mark's.

1881, unfranked envelope from "CAP-HAITIEN 20 AOUT 81" to Tönsberg, Norway, transported via Le Havre and Paris, taxed upon arrival with "40" oere. A scarce destination.

1902, Provisional typeset issue for Teheran, Essay without denomination, inscribed "Pestes Persanes". Thinned and small faults, still fine. The the only recorded essay of this issue.

1 ch. – 12 ch. with handstamp "SPECIMEN" of Bechuanaland archives, unused with original gum, very fine

1 ch., complete sheet of 24, numbered '672', printed in two groups of 12 on front resp. reverse, mint never hinged with hinge remainders in the margins only, folded between stamps, five stamps affected by crease. Still fine and very scarce; the earliest recorded complete sheet of this issue.

 

1 ch., tied by cds. "KASHAN 14/11" to reverse of small envelope to Esfahan. Very rare single franking for small covers under 4,56 g; just one further recorded. Signed Sadri with certificate (2005).

1 ch. (cut into at top) and  2 ch. in horizontal pair, tied by Hamadan c.d.s. to reverse of envelope to Samandaj.

1 ch., in vertical pair, 2 ch. And 1 kr. tied by Farsi cds. "TEHERAN SEPAHSALAR STREET" to reverse of small registered envelope via Baku to Paris. Very fine. 

1 ch. in pair (slightly touched) and 5 ch. in strip of 3, tied to registered postcard from Tabriz to France, with arrival mark on front.

1 ch. (somewhat touched) and horizontal pair 10 ch., tied to reverse of registered cover from Rescht to Teheran, paying 5 ch. domestic rate, 10 ch. registration fee and 5 ch. registration receipt fee. Since no registration label was attached indicating receipt required, the 1 ch. was added and cancelled in Teheran. An interesting cover.

1 ch. with lion 2 ch., tied to postcard Mozzafar 2 ch., sent from Tabriz postmaster, R. Lavachery, to Belgium.

 

1 ch., horizontal pair, right stamp with Farsi figures '2' instead of '1', and handstamps inverted, unused without gum, fine and scarce. Signed Sadri with certificate (2016) (Persiphila 248a/d)

1 ch., 2 ch. (2), 3 ch., 10 ch.(2) and 1 kr., tied to front and reverse of registered cover with oval "TEHERAN MAIDAN 2/8 902" VR parkour to England. 1 kr. with some minor creasing, otherwise very fine.

2 ch. with "PROVISOIRE" 1 ch. in block of 6, 2 ch. in pair and 12 ch. on 1 kr., tied by "TEHERAN DEPART 5/7 02" to registered envelope to England with transit mark of Baku and arrival mark. A fine and very scarce franking.

2 ch. two single copies, together with 5 ch., vertical pair and 2 singles, tied to front and reverse of open out envelope to London. One stamp cut into, otherwise fine.

3 ch., two pairs and marginal single, tied by c.d.s. "BUSHIR 17/4" to reverse of triple rate domestic envelope to Yazd

3 ch. with large margins, tied by Tedjriche c.d.s. to commercial cover. A very rare short distance rate, just one further cover of this issue with this franking has been recorded. Very fine.

5 ch. with 1 ch. register lable in block of 5, tied to reverse of envelope from Shiraz to Esfahan. Two stamps affected by cover crease, still fine.

12 ch., 2 horizontal pairs (one stamp slightly touched), tied by Farsi cds. "TEHERAN SEPAHSALAR STREET" to reverse of double rate registered envelope via Baku to Germany. A very fine and scarce multiple franking.
