FRENCH POST OFFICES: 1897/1911, group of seventeen (17) covers and cards used in Canea and Rethymno, with Sage 1pia. brown tied by cds. "RETHYMNO 26 NOV 00" to an envelope to Athenes, reverse arrival cds., two stampless covers, one endorsed "Corp d´occupation de la Canée", some multiple frankings with Blanc, Mouchon and Merson types on standard or registered mail; overall condition fine to very fine, a nice assembly

ITALIAN POST OFFICES: 1900/1912 (ca.), specialized collection, unused and used complete with some multiples and covers; overall fine to very fine condition, an attractive assembly of that area

ITALIAN POST OFFICES: 1900/13, group of four (4) covers used in La Canea, including a scarce usage of Italian 15c. adhesive without overprint, tied by cds. "LA CANEA -7 12 12" together with 1c. and 2c. overprinted, to an envelope to Canada, some faults, overall condition fine

OTTOMAN POST OFFICES: 1865/97 (ca.), specialized collection with used stamps, partly on fragments, and 14 cards and covers. Better items such as "SUDA" (3), "LASID YENIKOY" (6),  "KANDIYA" on envelope, etc. ,overall fine to very fine condition, an attractive assembly of that area

OTTOMAN EMPIRE OFFICES: 1880/98 (ca), collection of used stamps and postmarks, incl. more than ten franked covers, starting with 1880s Ottoman adhesives tied on three envelopes by hexagonal postmarks "KANDIA" and "HANIA", also single and multiple frankings tied by bilingual cds. "HANIA", "RETHYMO"; some stampless mail including a scarce negative seal "HANIA", faint, on an official letter; overall condition fine to very fine

RUSSIAN POST OFFICES: 1899 used and unused specialised collection of over 60 stamps and some covers, with Mi. 4 large block of 36 (some folds and tears), unused, better items such as Mi. 2 and Mi 4 (2) tied by straightline "RETHYMNO" on an envelope (tear at left not affecting the adhesive), later issues with Mi. 8 sheetlet of sixteen, struck with cds. "RETHYMNO 8 6 99"; overall condition is fine to very fine, scarce group

RUSSIAN POST OFFICES: 1899 (ca.), specialized collection with used and unused stamps and 2 covers. Better items like Mi. 2 on cover and 13 copies ex 5-7, several blocks and printer´s wastes (double prints, printed on both sides, etc.); overall fine to very fine and fresh condition, some signed Schmitt, an attractive assembly of that area

1899, 1m. rose (2) with fresh colours and sharp printing with RETHYMNO handstamp, 1m. green (5) one sheet margin single and a fresh mint never hinged bloc of four (ex Schmidt), 2m. black (20) with a fine selection of shades and papers, including a pair and four blocs (one creased), as well as a used on small fragment; overall very fine quality and assembly from those stamps issued during the Russian occupation of Creta (Mi.-Nr 2, 3, 4)

PRE-STAMP PERIOD: 1847/60, ten folded entires from or to CANEA, some endorsed "Paquebots à vapeur de la Méditerranée", one with scarce "YPERTHALASSIA" handstamp on front, some with transit cds. "SYROS", 1847 folded entire from CANEA to TRIESTE, arrival postmark on front "Lettera arrivata per mare", also 1860 letter from AMBELOUZO to SIBA transmitted via private courier, fine to very fine 

1941/45, mint and unused holding with sheets, miniature sheets, units etc., including Mi.-No. 170-72 sign. Wieneke, 170-72 unused. proofs sign. Petric etc.

1991/92, selection of over fourty (40) sheets, starting with 1991 Air Post Zagreb-Split, some duplicates, a few commemorative sheets incomplete, very fine (Mi.-Nr. 180/186) 

1918/38, mint, unused and used group, including printers waste, proofs, i.a. Mi.-No. 404/05, three proofs to 1 Kr., imperforated in other colours etc.

1918/38, used stock with postage in stockbook.

1918/2016, attractive unused and mint collection with plenty of better values including Mi.-Nos. 29Ua, 29Ub, 54Ia, 58I, 81-91, 92-97, 118-119, also a good part of officials as well as a collection Slovakia, some signed or with certificate Darmietzel BPP

1918/2018, mint never hinged, unused and used holding with collections and part collections, including good issues like anthem souvenir sheet pair sign. Mrnak etc., plus postage and SO, in albums in 2 large boxes.

1945/92, used, very large extent complete collection in stockbook.

1962/92, mint never hinged group of miniature sheets in 3 albums.

1945 (approx.), 3 stampless letters to the President (2) and to the Foreign Minister Eduard Benes/Praha Hrad, each with the addition "Secret" and "Urgent" respectively, each with large lacquer seals of the Czech Embassy in Paris on the reverse, once with additional paper seal of the same.

1945, Becov to Zabren, comprehensive unused and mint collection with some covers, including multiples and se-tenants, mostly neatly mounted on exhibition pages, good condition

 

1920/21,  10h., 20h., 40h. and 100h., franking a small group of four (4) covers and cards including some incoming mail from Germany, one 10h. bisected with an horizontal pair tied with cds "PIRKENHAMMER" to an envelope from Karlsbad, also a 1939 Slovakia 1,50k. Reply Card mint; overall condition very fine (Mi.-Nr. P2, 4, 7, 9)

1851/1945, used collection incl. service and postage stamps with colours and frame types, in the beginning partly signed or with three KB Wahl BPP

1851/1978, mint never hinged, unused and used collection with good issues like Mi.-No. 2, some areas etc., in Lindner album

1851/2018, unused and used collection, in the main numbers apparently complete, incl. a good part of service and postal ferry issues, good condition

1914/1945 (approx.), over 100 decorative leaf- and letter telegrams incl. some envelopes, all used, many different with interesting motifs, plus several confirmation folders/booklets

1849/69, unused and used collection with over 100 covers and many pieces in one album, neatly mounted and written up in French, specialised with colour shades, plate flaws, worn plate printings, many interesting covers with a wide range of usages incl. to foreign destinations, multiple and combination frankings, franked printed matters, with better items like Mi. 2 good margins all around, signed Scheller, Mi. 19 unused (5) incl. a block of four, light creases, etc.; some occasional faults, generally fine to very fine
