"B172", 4 clear strikes, tying 1854, 1 a. red, Die II, horizontal strip of 4, to lettersheet endorsed "P Malta" 1856 to Canton with red "SINGAPORE P.O." and Hong Kong arrival mark. The entire slightly folded back at left; vertical cover crease affecting the right stamp slightly in the left margin, otherwise very fine. A very rare letter to China.

"B172" SINGAPORE on 1 a. brown, eight copies, on front and reverse of cover, endorsed "Via Marseille" and "Per Steamer Armenian, March 23, 1863", to England with faint Singapore dispatch and arrival marks on reverse. Stamps on reverse damaged, otherwise fine. Very unusual cover, endorsed on front "Six annas", franked with 8 annas, the rate via Southampton, and supposed for the route via Marseille with a rate of 10 annas. Certificate BPA (2020)
"B172" SINGAPORE, tying two copies 4 a. black to letter sheet, docketed "Manila 4 October 1860", via Marseille to London with frontside arrival mark. A fine and rare entire. Certificate BPA 2018

1914, 1 a. vermillion, 3 copies, each tied by the extremely rare "DAK RAJ BUNDI 12 JULY 16" cds without the dagger in the cds which was removed to mourn the death of a member of the royal family, to 1916, registered cover. This is the only recorded cover bearing four strikes of the Bundi cds without the dagger, unique.
1923, 1 a. carmine, Type B, and two copies of 1923, 1 a.carmine, Type C, tied by "DAK RAJ BUNDI" to reverse of 1920, India KGV 1/2 anna postal stationery envelope. This cover proves that the 1 anna carmine stamps in SG Type "B" and Type "C" were issued as early as 1920, not 1923 as stated in the SG catalogue. It is interesting to note that while the sender used the Imperial postal stationery the letter was never handled by the Imperial post.
