1784/1877, 86 prephilatelic or unfranked letters including an early missive from Paris to Versailles, some correspondance from the revolutionary period or to foreign destinations like Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland or the United Kingdom and uncommon postmarks such as red "P.PAYÉ PARIS" on paid 1826 letter to Switzerland, framed "P.P.P.P" along "P.32.P/BORDEAUX" on letters to Breslau (D) or London, "L.P.B.4.R." on letter from Rotterdam via Paris to Switzerland or a variety of tax-markings ("chiffres-taxe") on later unpaid letters. An interesting selection in fine condition.

1852/1931, collection of approximateley 120 covers and some early postal stationery, the main focus lying on the two "Empire" with many outstandingly clearly struck cancellations and some multiple frankings like two pairs 10c blue while some more interesting markings and cancellations including an "étoile évidée" provide additional interest. Amongst the latter issues there is various underpaid mail as well as several used pneumatic mail cards including an 1880 rose (Yvert 98-CPP) or a five-colour-franking on 1896 letter-card to Bonn (D) to be mentioned. Varied, intersting and mostly in good condition.

1855/63, 24 multiple frankings from a commercial correspondance to Paris (F) or Torino (I) including many better usages such as a six 1854 1d red-red brown on cover to Torino, four 2d blue on underpaid letter to Paris marked "INSUFFICIENTLY/STAMPED" in red and quite a few mixed frankings like 1856 surface printed 1s green and 2d lilac together with 1854 line engraved 2d blue and 1d red-brown or embossed 6d purple (cut corners) with 1854 2d blue and 1d red-brown. An interesting selection in good condition.
