FILIBE: „Fee has been paid 278“, blue negative Arabic handstamp, clear strike on cover of 4 dirhem weight and 3 gurush fee, sent from Deraliye 1862 to Filibe; very rare, unrecorded by Isfila. Isfila certificate (2016)

Usual slight transportation marks, still fine. A remarkable and scarce letter. Certificate Isfila
